Short on time? Here’s a great 20 minute workout to start your day or end your day called the Makka Ho, based on five posses which service the 12 meridian channels of the body. Used by shiatsu practitioners to clear their energy between clients, it’s a useful way to feel reinvigorated if you only have a few minutes to spare.

What is Makka Ho?

The Makka Ho (5 Element Yoga Sequence) are a set of gentle sequential self-healing exercises developed by Zen shiatsu master Shizuto Masunaga. The sequence takes approximately twenty minutes focusing on retuning integrity to the energy body through the 12 meridians (energy) channels, leaving one feeling refreshed.
